- Search the diary by a wide variety of criteria
- Single and bulk ‘To Do’ lists from manual entry or selections
- Attachment of most types of documents accepted
- Attached documents can be opened with a recognised application
- High / medium / low priority assignment possible
- System events recorded where relevant (e.g. labels, renewals, invoices)
- Optional events include selections and address changes
- Listing of current and outstanding items can optionally appear at log-in
